Taylor Caulk, Esq.

Originally from Washington D.C., Taylor Caulk is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in real estate law, business law, and commercial litigation. 

After obtaining her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tulane University in 2016, Taylor earned her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2020. During her time in law school, Taylor served as a judicial clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where she gained invaluable experience in the judicial decision-making process by drafting bench memoranda and majority opinions. Additionally, Taylor's commitment to pro bono work led to her induction into the Pro Bono Honors Society.

Following her admission to the North Carolina Bar and South Carolina Bar, Taylor embarked on her legal career as a managing attorney at a real estate law firm in Asheville where she represented buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and builders in over 500 real estate transactions across Western North Carolina.

 

Taylor transitioned to litigation practice when she joined a small firm in Asheville, representing clients in a wide range of legal arenas including federal court, N.C. Business Court, state courts, arbitration, and small claims. Her experience encompassed complex commercial litigation, construction law, collections suits, business disputes, and real estate litigation.

In December 2022, Taylor established her own legal practice in downtown Asheville. Since its inception, her firm has represented a diverse array of clients, ranging from local small businesses to nationwide companies.
